The BIPM is pleased to announce that the Republic of Kazakhstan acceded to the BIPM on 31 December 2008, bringing the number of Member States to 52. Kazakhstan, which has been an Associate of the CGPM since September 2005, is the first Associate to become a Member State.
国际计量局(BIMP)很高兴地宣布，哈萨克斯坦共和国在2008年12月31日加入国际计量局(BIMP)，使会员国数量增加到52个 。 哈萨克斯坦，自从2005年9月以来作为一个准国际度量衡会议(CGPM) 会员，是第一个由准会员成为会员国。
