接触电阻对ESD仪器车电性能测试的影响

摘　要:对防静电系统中的接触电阻进行了分析，给出了接触电阻的理论模型，提出了减小接触电阻的具体措施。这些措施提高了防静电系统测试的准确度，对现场防静电设备ESD性能的测量具有重要的现实意义。[著者文摘]
