[工程参量] 大型锻件几何尺寸非接触在线测量系统研究

摘 要:针对我国大多数锻件生产厂测量锻件技术落后,测量环境恶劣,人工测量误差较大的现状,分析了基于CCD器件尺寸测量的原理,提出了一种运用数字图像处理的非接触在线测量锻件尺寸的方案,同时运用高级语言编写系统软件,并分析了该方案测量误差的计算方法。实验结果表明该方案价格低廉,操作简单,适应性广且测量结果能达到实际要求。[著者文摘]

When these are taken into consideration, an on-line non-contact geometry measurement scheme was proposed with the digital image process technology according to the principle of size measurement based on the CCD(Charge Coupled Devices). The software system was written by senior language, at the same time the calculation of the error produced in this scheme was analyzed. The experimental results showed that this system was cheap, its operation was easy, it had wide adaptability, and the measurement results could fulfill the actual requirements.[著者文摘]
