三坐标测量仪用于碰撞试验中车身测量结果的不确定度

摘　要:介绍了三坐标测量仪在汽车碰撞试验中对车身测量时测量结果的不确定度评定,根据测量不确定度的理论与方差合成定理,提出了三坐标测量仪测量结果的不确定度数学模型,分析了不确定度的来源及对测量结果的影响,最后给出了测量结果的不确定度。[著者文摘]
