问题：英文版GUM 1995 中为什么没有 annex I

找了找网上的英文版 GUM 结果只找到一版 SASO沙特的版本
里面的附录从 ANNEX A 到 K
为什么偏偏没有 ANNEX I ？
是这个版本缺少的问题？
还是本来就没有？那为什么不编号从A 到 J 呢？

The Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) has adopted the International
Organization for Standardization (ISO /1995) “A Guide to Expression of Uncertainty in
Measurement”. The text of this international standard has been translated into Arabic
without any technical alterations for approval as a Saudi standard.

我今天看了ISO GUIDE 98-3—2008（GUM：1995）.在109页下方的注释写到：When the GUM was first published, there was an editorial rule in effect which prohibited the use of an Annex I. That is why the annexes go from Annex H directly to Annex J.
显然这是有意为之，我之前好像在某个标准的编写规范里也看到类似的要求，记不清了，不过这本2008已经回答了你的问题。
