国内外邵氏硬度计的分类和校准方法探讨

邵氏硬度是目前国际上应用比较广泛的一种硬度测量方法。介绍了国内外各个主要标准对邵氏硬度计的分类，以及各标准之间对邵氏硬度计技术参数的不同要求，包括硬度计的试验力以及压针、压足几何尺寸。并参照国内的标准，提出了较为方便有效的校准方法，为计量部门开展不同类型邵氏硬度计校准工作提供技术依据，也为企业、科研单位在使用邵氏硬度计时提供参考。[著者文摘]

At present, shore hardness tester method is one worldwide method for hardness measurement. The classification of shore hardness testers in dominating standards was introduced, and the different of each standard on the technique parameter of shore hardness testers, including the test force, pressure needle and press foot size of the tester was also discussed. According to the domestic standards, a convenient calibration method was brought forward to offer the technique bases for calibrating shore hardness tester in metrology institutes, and offer references for corporations and scientific research organizations to use shore hardness testers.[著者文摘]
