【摘 要】通过对多功能校准源测量标准不确定度的评定，探索出综合分析多参数测量标准的不确定度来
源，分5个参数计算不确定度，即“综合分析法和n分制评定法”的结构模式，简化了多参数
建标技术报告结构的重复和篇幅的长度，收到了多而不乱、长而不重的效果。

Abstract：The paper describes the evaluation ofuncertainty ofmeasurement standard ofthe multi—function calibrator,
and explores a way to an alyse the source of uncertainty for multiparam eter measurement standard，an d count the
uncertainty with 5 parameters．It simplifies the work of preparing technical report for setting up mul邱arameter
measurement standard．
