Description
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Physical/Dimensional/Mechanical Calibration Technicians to join our team in Beijing or in Shanghai. Tektronix will invest in your personal and professional growth by providing you with education and training opportunities to keep current in your field. Calibration Technicians perform routine and complex work related to the setup internal calibartion method and procedure, documentation composing of calibraton, 17025 accerdiation application preparation in measurement of length, diameter and otehr standard, geometric measurement, optical measurement, force measurement, flow measurement as well as calibration of weights and measurement test equipment. You will assure compliance to our Quality System.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years experience in the calibration of Physical/Dimensional equipment required
Proficiency in Physical/Dimensional Calibrations required or preferred
General Purpose Electrical Calibration experience required or preferred
Temperature/Mechanical Calibration experience required or preferred
Previous experience in preparing the CNAS17025 accrediation and working under ISO9001 and ISO17025 quality assurance program
Must have excellent customer service skills
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to show a track record of excellent attention to detail
Proven advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and industry specific software
Capable of heavy lifting (50 to 80 pounds)
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% travel, mostly local and regional but could include ocassional national/international travel
