目前，《JJG 795-2004 耐电压测试仪检定规程》 此项目是不作检测范围，我司产品大部分销往美国市场，必须要做Sensitivity Requirements，建议近快修改此检定规程。

    什么是笑话？是UL在我司审核时多次要求“耐压测试仪应增加Sensitivity Requirements检定的项目”，请你不这样口谓讲话！唉！！！

    按要求做一个点检装置, 一端PASS 一端FAIL, 具体要求按照UL的标准(

)来,其实很简单的,点检装置做出来后经过校准.就符合要求了,谢谢!

高压机对不同产品规格需要的工作电压不同，设定的漏电流阀值也不同，如果按楼主UL的要求，不知如何操作？？楼主说的不过是个点检器的要求，和规程的要求差远了。

    第一步：在耐电压测试仪输出端接上120,000 ohm，泄露电流5mA(或其它档位),调节其输出电压直至切断电压并报警。
第二步：在耐电压测试仪输出端连接好示波器探头（倍压探头>1Kv，并调节相应参数）。
第三步：测量其时间，按耐电压测试仪启动按键，输出电压后切断报警即可。如果是AC电压输出时（如：正弦波）就能抓到其波形并保存下来（一般地示波器可能没有此功能，如：TDS3012B可用）,再读取其波形时间（UL要求其电压输出时间小于0.5S）。
可能还是没有表达清楚，见谅！《JJG 795-2004 耐电压测试仪检定规程》是不作测试要求，美国新版UL是作强制要求，因此，建议《JJG 795-2004 耐电压测试仪检定规程》也应该尽快修改，CNAS报告得不到UL认同。

此句如何理解？

如果认为规程有问题。是需要往哪提呢？规程作为法律法规。应向地方人民代表大会提吗？

我觉得耐压机的输出容量很重要，在负载阻值很很低的情况下，加在负载的电压要低于耐压机的输出示值。
