摘 要:对原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中铜元素含量的不确定度进行评定,分析其不确定度的主要影响因素。结果表明影响其测量不确定度的主要原因是由标准溶液引入的不确定度、标准曲线引入的不确定度和重复测量引入的不确定度。[著者文摘]
