摘 要:分析了分光法测试发光二极管(LED)颜色的测量不确定度,着重分析了光谱功率分布测量不确定度和波长不确定度对颜色测量的不确定度影响,给出了几种典型LED的分析结果,结果表明,5%的光谱功率分布测量不确定度和0.5nm的波长不确定度在一般情况下可以满足精度要求为0.001的LED颜色测量。[著者文摘]
