摘 要:针对我国目前在螺纹环规测量方法中存在的问题,根据其测量原理进行了可靠性分析。提出了对于螺距不大于0.5mm的螺纹环规,采用校对规检验作用中径及单一中径;而对于螺距大于0.5mm的螺纹环规,则采用校对规检验作用中径,双球法测量单一中径。该方法可以克服螺纹环规现行测量方法的不足,减少误判的风险,得到更可靠的结果。[著者文摘]

And relatively new method for thread ring-gauge checking and measuring has been proposed. In the case of that the pitch is not more than 0.5 mm, the calibration gauge has been used to inspect the functional diameter and the single pitch diameter. And in the case of that the pitch is over 0.5 mm, the calibration gauge has been used to inspect the functional diameter and the double-ball method has been used to measure the single pitch diameter. This method can overcome the shortcomings of the current ways for thread ring-gauge checking and measuring, reduce the risks of wrong estimation and get more reliable measurement results.[著者文摘]
