环规检定装置测量不确定度的分析

摘　要:测量不确定度与测量结果是相关的，它反映了测量值的分散性。利用标准环规和高准确度测长机来建立环规检定的标准装置。通过对环规检定装置测量不确定度来源的分析，评定了环规检定装置测量不确定度大小，分析得到的结果满足环规检定规程中二等环规的测量不确定度要求。[著者文摘]
