[交直流比例] 电子式电流互感器校准系统不确定度评定方法

摘 要:电子式电流互感器的研究已经进入实用化阶段,其校验和测试工作也引起了广大研究人员的关注。文中利用计量学中的不确定度理论,对校准系统不确定度进行来源分析,给出电子式电流互感器校准系统整体不确定度的评定方法,由LabVIEW开发的虚拟仪器来实现,并对2个不同校准系统进行了不确定度比较。通过对校准系统进行不确定度评定,不仅能够评价测量结果的可信度,为使用者提供科学的参考依据,而且也可以为不同的校准系统提供可比性参数。[著者文摘]

Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty for the Calibration System of Electronic Current TransformerSHANG Qiufeng , ZHANG Jing , DONG Jianbin 1. Shijiazhuang University of Economics, Shijiazhuang 050031, ChinaAbstract:A study on the electronic current transformer has already been entered into practical application, and its verification and the test work have also attracted attention of researchers concerned. Using the measurement uncertainty theory of metrology, the uncertainty source is analyzed, the measurement uncertainty evaluation method for the calibration systems of electronic current transformer is given and implemented with the virtual instrument developed by LabVIEW. An example of the uncertainty comparison of two different calibration systems is given. With uncertainty evaluation to the calibration system it can not only provide the confidence of the measurement result of the calibration system, and used as the science reference for the user, but also can provide comparable parameters for different verification systems.[著者文摘]
