摘 要:介绍锅炉热效率热损失法的不确定度分析原理,包括不确定度分析模型的建立.对不确定度分量进行A类或B类评定及合成.以及扩展不确定度的计算方法等.并进行了600Mw机组锅炉热效率测试不确定度的评定。结果表明.影响锅炉热效率热损失法测试结果的不确定度因素主要有排埚氧量、排姻温度以及计算时所采用的GBl0184-88推荐的散热损失曲线等。降低测试结果的不确定度应主要考虑降低这些参数的不确定度。[著者文摘]

Results show that the affecting factors upon test results from heat loss method of boiler thermal efficiency are mainly as follows: the oxygen content in discharged flue gas; the temperature of discharged flue gas; and dissipation heat loss curves recommended to use at the time of calculation etc.. In order to reduce the uncertainty of test result, it is necessary to mainly consider how to reduce the uncertainty of these parameters.[著者文摘]
