四端对标准电阻器的高频特性

摘　要:为解决阻抗计量中四端对标准电阻器在直流下标定交流下使用的问题,研究了四端对标准电阻器高频（100kHz～10MHz）特性的测量原理及方法.测量原理是以扩展频段的电容标准（1pF～0.01μF）为量值标准,在四端对阻抗测量原理的基础上,利用单端口阻抗测量中开路-短路-负载的校验技术,确定四端对标准电阻器的高频特性.测量方法在保证测量仪量程电阻不变的情况下,用不同的电容标准测定同一只电阻器,有效克服了测量仪器的非线性误差.该原理及方法,降低了测量结果的不确定度,为四端对电阻器的高频应用提供了理论依据.[著者文摘]

Division of Electricity and Quantum Metrology, National Institute of Metrology, Beijing 100013, ChinaAbstract:Measurement theory and method of high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair standard resistance are studied in order to resolve the problem that resistance value marked in the DC is used in the high-frequency range. Based on capacitance standard in the extending frequency range acting as value standard and the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance, measurement principle is performed to measure the high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair resistance making use of an open-short-load （OSL） calibration technique. Measurement method is that a resistance is calibrated by several capacitance standards by keeping measurement instrument＇ s measurement range invariable. It can eliminate the nonlinearity error of the measurement instrument. The principle and method can reduce measurement results uncertainty and provide theory foundation for four-terminal-pair resistance＇ s application in the high-frequency range.[著者文摘]
