摘 要:为解决阻抗计量中四端对标准电阻器在直流下标定交流下使用的问题,研究了四端对标准电阻器高频(100kHz~10MHz)特性的测量原理及方法.测量原理是以扩展频段的电容标准(1pF~0.01μF)为量值标准,在四端对阻抗测量原理的基础上,利用单端口阻抗测量中开路-短路-负载的校验技术,确定四端对标准电阻器的高频特性.测量方法在保证测量仪量程电阻不变的情况下,用不同的电容标准测定同一只电阻器,有效克服了测量仪器的非线性误差.该原理及方法,降低了测量结果的不确定度,为四端对电阻器的高频应用提供了理论依据.[著者文摘]

Division of Electricity and Quantum Metrology, National Institute of Metrology, Beijing 100013, ChinaAbstract:Measurement theory and method of high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair standard resistance are studied in order to resolve the problem that resistance value marked in the DC is used in the high-frequency range. Based on capacitance standard in the extending frequency range acting as value standard and the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance, measurement principle is performed to measure the high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair resistance making use of an open-short-load (OSL) calibration technique. Measurement method is that a resistance is calibrated by several capacitance standards by keeping measurement instrument' s measurement range invariable. It can eliminate the nonlinearity error of the measurement instrument. The principle and method can reduce measurement results uncertainty and provide theory foundation for four-terminal-pair resistance' s application in the high-frequency range.[著者文摘]

大概看了一下,感觉真是不错,要是能有后面的参考文献就更好了!文中提到的AH2500只见过,没用过阿!好像还有个AH2550,频率比2500宽一些,准确度低一些
文中 不确定度评定一段对开路器校准考虑了,但是没见到对短路器没有考虑,我觉得开路器短路器校准应该是本文方法中对4285建立工作状态的最原始依据,如果此两个因素考虑不周的话会对电容测量值影响很大(电容定标的时候不是用的此开路器和短路器),从而对电阻精度有很大的影响,尤其是文中给出的不确定度非常之高(4285基本准确度为0.1%),不知道大家对此有什么看法阿!?

不知道国家院电磁处检定四端对电容器和电阻器时给出的频率点都是哪些啊?

没那么容易的,ag根本不告诉你怎么测试的,只给你数据,方法给了一堆论文作参考,没有标准方法的!
