脉冲信号源脉宽参数的测量不确定度分析

Measurement Uncertainty of Pulse Width of Pulse GeneratorZHAO Zi-wen China Airborne Missile Academy, Luoyang 471009, ChinaAbstract:In this paper, the uncertainty of evaluation results of pulse width of pulse generator is described.
