三坐标测量机在高速测量过程中的动态误差研究

摘　要:本文研究了三坐标测量机在高速测量过程中的动态误差。以一台移动桥式三坐标测量机为例，分析了其动态误差的产生原因，建立了其动态误差的数学模型，并对动态误差进行了全面的测量和补偿。实验证明，三坐标测量机的动态误差具有一定的重复性，可用软件补偿，从而提高三坐标测量机快速测量的精度。[著者文摘]

Taking a moving bridge CMM as example, its dynamic error sources are analyzed, the mathematic model for dynamic error is established and the dynamic errors are measured and compensated completely.
