摘 要:通过对三坐标测量机更换测量系统,改进、设计与此相配的机械部分,从而建立误差补偿模型,并进行误差测试,同时利用软件进行误差补偿。结果证明:本误差补偿方法能使测量机的空间精度提高2—3倍,且这种补偿方法简单可靠,为通过误差补偿提高三坐标测量机的精度提供了简单而有效的手段。[著者文摘]

A better error compensation model was constructed which applied software to measure the error. As a result, it increases the volumetric accuracy by 2 or 3 times.
